Job Summary

IT Sales Representative Managed Services & Microsoft Solutions
We are seeking a results-driven IT Sales Representative with proven experience in prospecting solution selling customer presentations and product demonstrations. This role focuses on selling Managed IT Services Microsoft licensing (M365 Azure) and IT professional services to SMB and enterprise customers.

You will work closely with pre-sales delivery and technical teams to build tailored solutions that address customer infrastructure and operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

Identify prospect and qualify new business opportunities across SMB and mid-market segments

Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound calls emails LinkedIn outreach and networking

Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure

Client Engagement & Presentations

Conduct sales presentations solution walkthroughs and product demonstrations for prospective clients

Understand customer IT environments and business needs to propose suitable solutions

Prepare and deliver proposals pricing and solution documents in collaboration with technical teams

Solutions Selling

Sell and position:

Managed IT Services (Remote & Onsite Support NOC SOC End-User Computing)

Microsoft Licensing (Microsoft 365 Azure CSP security & compliance)

IT Infrastructure Professional Services (networking cloud migration infrastructure support)

Clearly articulate value propositions ROI and service differentiation

Account & Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with customers partners and internal stakeholders

Maintain accurate sales records forecasts and customer data in CRM systems

Stay informed on market trends competitor offerings and Microsoft product updates

Required Experience & Skills
Experience

4 years of proven B2B IT sales experience

Strong background in Managed Services Microsoft licensing or IT professional services

Demonstrated success in prospecting pipeline building and closing deals

Sales & Communication Skills

Excellent presentation negotiation and objection-handling skills

Confident in conducting customer demos and solution discussions

Strong written and verbal communication in English

Technical & Commercial Understanding

Working knowledge of:

Managed IT Services models

Microsoft 365 Azure CSP licensing

IT infrastructure concepts (networks servers cloud security)

Ability to translate technical solutions into business value

Tools & Attributes

Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot Salesforce Zoho or similar)

Self-motivated target-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Experience selling to international customers (APAC ANZ US or EMEA)

Microsoft certifications or familiarity with Microsoft partner ecosystems

Experience working with pre-sales or solution architects

Exposure to ITSM cloud migration or cybersecurity offerings
