To deliver a high quality cost effective full life-cycle recruitment service which adds value meets customer needs and is aligned to business requirements and the wider HR strategy and people agenda.

Primary Responsibilities Manage full life-cycle recruitment by setting search strategy actively sourcing candidates prescreening interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring and on-boarding processesManage recruitment services to ensure Current and emerging customer needs and services expectations are understood and metRecruitment process are applied efficiently and to a high-standardAlignment between company and business prioritiesSource high quality candidates using the most optimal channels and when appointments are made manage the effective delivery of recruitment processes and proceduresBuild manage and maintain external talent market data for key skills and profiles to ensure quality profiles are targeted and engaged for current and future hiring requirementsOptimize external network by maintaining highly visible profile in the market and fostering on-going communication with prospective candidates and industry thought leaders to share information and build organizational reputation for excellenceContribute in the development and implementation of recruitment marketing strategies that aligns with our over-all value proposition as a CompanyBuild and maintain positive relationships with hiring leaders by utilizing individual credibility to consult and recommend top-performing candidates provide guidance throughout the recruitment process and facilitate the successful delivery of recruiting programs and activitiesActively participate in formulating recruitment strategies by communicating with executives and senior leaders and monitoring organizational change to foresee and build understanding of talent needsContribute in translating current and future business requirements into a recruitment strategy which enables the delivery and achievement of established goalsBuild and maintain strong relationships with HR Business Partners and other senior members of the business to understand business objectives/requirements and assist in the timely delivery of solutionsLead and contribute in the development and implementation of key recruitment initiatives to support the development of policies systems and processes that meet organizational goalsLead development and implementation of improvements of key end-to-end Recruitment processes to deliver high quality and robust recruitment practices in line with best practiceDisplay leadership and direction to develop grow and proactively support and drive forward key recruitment initiativesContribute to the operational deliverables and activities of the teamProvide support to others to achieve positive results for the business in line with the over-all people strategySupport and contribute to HR initiatives to successfully drive forward the people agenda and promote best practice across the organizationProvide evaluate and make recommendations on key metrics/KPIs to demonstrate the effectiveness of the recruitment function to be used in decision making and action in the delivery of accurate and current recruitment management information for standard and ah-hoc reports ensuring this supports business requirements and enables informed analysis and decision makingEnsure all personnel/administrative records are maintained and accurate at all times adhering to the requirements of the Data Protection and other regulatory and internal requirementsActively undertake personal development to ensure up to date knowledge and skillsCoach/Mentor less experienced team members to support their personal and professional growthMaintain regular and effective communication and transfer of knowledge between and within the HR teamsAct as point of reference to guide and advise others to ensure to the sharing of knowledge and best practiceSupport others in the team where appropriate to assist in the achievement of their objectives Required Education Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience Required Experience 5 years relevant experience Preferred Competencies/Skills High problem solving and decision making communication skillsHigh relationship management collaboration and influencing skillsBusiness partnering capabilityAbility to interact at an executive/strategic levelGood negotiation skills Preferred Knowledge Strong working knowledge of internal and external trends in recruitment and selection Working knowledge of employment legislation relevant to recruitment Good understanding of best practice in recruitment and local employment marketplace Significant knowledge of the local Talent market supply Knowledge of the financial services BPO and shared services industry and related terminology QBE Cultural DNA Everything we do at QBE is underpinned by our DNA (which interlinks seven cultural elements) because we know its not just what we do that matters its how we do it that makes the difference.
