- Utilize various recruitment channels job boards ATS etc.
- Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and hiring pipeline.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring manager and candidates.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies.
- Provide administrative support including document preparation and email correspondence.
- Assist in onboarding orientation and training of new hires.
- Liaison between the Recruitment Team and Hiring Manager.
- Review and improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements
Youll be a great fit if you have:
- At least 5 years proven experience as a Recruitment Admin Recruitment Specialist or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g. PHR SHRM-CP) is desirable.
