As a Recruiter you will be at the heart of our high-volume hiring efforts ensuring we bring in top talent for agent-level roles in our fast-paced contact center environment.

This role offers a hybrid work environment requiring a minimum of 4 days onsite per week from our Manila office located at Two World Square Upper McKinley Road Fort Bonifacio Taguig 1634 Metro Manila Philippines.

What Youll Do:

  • Managing the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding hiring 30 agents per month across various programs.

  • Handling high-volume sourcing using job boards social media referrals and community outreach.

  • Screening a large pipeline of candidates daily to assess fit for customer service and collections roles.

  • Scheduling and conducting back-to-back interviews ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

  • Ensuring candidates move quickly through the hiring funnel balancing speed and quality in decision-making.

  • Maintaining accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Supporting employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in competitive markets.

  • Ensuring compliance with hiring policies labor laws and best practices.

What Were Looking For:

  • Experience: 1 years of high-volume recruiting experience preferably in a call center BPO or similar environment.

  • Resilience & Agility: Ability to handle a fast-paced high-turnover hiring environmentthink of it like running a marathon at a sprinters pace!

  • People & Process Driven: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple openings while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

  • Tech Savvy: Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.

  • Communication: Strong ability to engage candidates quickly and clearly communicate job expectations.

Education

North America - Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Philippines Minimum of 2 years post-secondary or equivalent is required
Costa Rica No Minimum requirement
United Kingdom No Minimum requirement

Trinidad & Tobago Minimum 3 CSEC passes

English is compulsory in all locations

Experience

Minimum of 6 months experience with Volume Hiring.
