Job Description: Join a fast-scaling fintech as a Finance Analyst supporting the CFO across financial reporting FP&A and operations. This hands-on role offers broad exposure allowing you to take ownership of core processes and contribute to strategic decision-making. Youll play a key part in ensuring accurate financial information and improving processes as the business grows.

Location: Leeds UK

What you will do:

- Assist in preparing monthly management accounts financial statements and supporting year-end audits.

- Support the annual budgeting forecasting and performance analysis processes tracking key business KPIs.

- Streamline day-to-day finance operations including accounts payable receivable payroll and cash flow monitoring.

The ideal candidate:

- Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant with 3 years experience in finance accounting or audit.

- Possesses strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting/ERP systems like Xero or similar.

- Highly organised detail-oriented proactive and eager to develop within a rapidly scaling fintech environment.
