As an HR Analyst youll play a pivotal role in turning data into insight that shapes strategic decisionmaking across our HR function. Alongside your core analytics work youll be at the forefront of our AI journey - spotting opportunities to automate embedding innovative solutions and helping build a truly futureready HR capability. What will your day look like
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect clean and analyse HR data from multiple sources (Oracle Thrive - LMS Networx - ATS).
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Excel or similar tools.
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights to HR leadership.
AI & Automation Support
- Partner with the stakeholders to evaluate use cases for AI tools and technologies for HR processes.
- Assist in designing and testing AI-driven solutions such as:
- Predictive analytics for attrition and workforce planning.
- Supporting automation of repetitive HR tasks (e.g. reference letters onboarding workflows).
- Supporting delivery of chatbots or virtual assistants for employee queries.
- Help monitor and report on the impact of AI initiatives including efficiency gains and employee experience improvements.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure data accuracy integrity and compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and maintain secure HR data systems.
Collaboration
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to deliver insights.
- Present findings through clear visualisations and concise reports.
What do we expect from you
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with HR systems (Oracle Networx).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI).
Desirable
- Knowledge of HR metrics workforce planning and predictive analytics.
- Knowledge or experience in AI and/or automation technologies.
- Exposure to machine learning concepts or AI governance frameworks.
Education & Experience
- Degree in a STEM subject (e.g. Mathematics Statistics Computer Science Engineering) or equivalent experience.
- Proven post-graduate experience in HR analytics or other data-focused role.
