Job Title: Part Department Shipping & Receiving and Driving Clerk
Location: Pride Motor Group Lynn MA
Reports To: Parts Director

Position Summary:
The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for overseeing all aspects of inbound and outbound operations at Pride Motor Groups Parts Department. This includes managing the daily workflow of shipping receiving and inventory activities to ensure timely accurate and efficient processing of orders. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who communicates effectively resolves issues promptly and has the ability to work with software tools and inventory systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive clear and daily direction to support accurate and timely shipping and receiving operations.
- Ensure strong communication between team members and other departments to maintain a productive workflow.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships across the team resolving conflicts promptly and professionally.
- Oversee the shipping process to ensure that all orders are packed and shipped accurately.
- Prioritize and confirm that all orders are shipped on time.
- Supervise the receiving of inbound product and oversee correct distribution within the warehouse.
- Use inventory systems to manage order processing tracking and location of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory by performing audits cycle counts and addressing discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve warehouse inaccuracies collaborating with other departments as needed.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date receiving and shipping documentation.
- Actively share ideas and suggestions for process improvements with the Fulfillment Center Manager.
- Adhere to safety policies.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in warehouse shipping receiving and inventory control (preferred).
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to learn and effectively use warehouse management software.
- Intermediate computer proficiency (e.g. email inventory software spreadsheets).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to investigate and correct warehouse inventory inaccuracies.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional logistics or warehouse training a plus.
- Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
