Responsibilities:
Enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems with accuracy.
Verify information and correct errors or inconsistencies.
Maintain organized digital records and files.
Review source documents for completeness and accuracy.
Generate basic reports as needed.
Follow company policies regarding data accuracy, security, and confidentiality.
Meet daily or weekly data entry goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative roles preferred.
Fast and accurate typing skills (40+ WPM preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
