We are seeking a detail oriented Onboarding Specialist on a 12 month fixed term contract to join our Global Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Team - we are a lively bunch of people who are really focused on providing a top notch hiring and onboarding experience to new employees and due our growth plans are looking to expand our team further.
This role is crucial in conducting pre-hire checks for employees globally ensuring a smooth onboarding experience whilst adhering to any mandatory requirements for the country of hire.
The role can be fully remote in India or hybrid based in our Mumbai Office and requires working 1pm- 9pm IST
