We are seeking a detail oriented Onboarding Specialist on a 12 month fixed term contract to join our Global Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Team - we are a lively bunch of people who are really focused on providing a top notch hiring and onboarding experience to new employees and due our growth plans are looking to expand our team further.

This role is crucial in conducting pre-hire checks for employees globally ensuring a smooth onboarding experience whilst adhering to any mandatory requirements for the country of hire.

The role can be fully remote in India or hybrid based in our Mumbai Office and requires working 1pm- 9pm IST

Closing date for applications : 24th November 2025 - we may close the role earlier based on interest.

What will you do

Utilise HRIS systems tomanage and track onboarding activity
Collaboratewith Hiring Managers to ensure timely and accurate completion of onboarding tasks
Provide exceptional customer service to our internal clients and candidates alike
Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company policies
Participate in continuous improvement projects from time to time

What will you bring

Strong attention to detail and customer focus
Abilityto work independently and as part of Global team in a fast paced environment
Prior experience in a similar role preferably within a People Services or HR function
Prior experience of using HRIS is a must
Strong communication skills in English - written and verbal
Willingness to participate in projects
Flexible to learn and grow and comfortable with ambiguity
