About the role:

As a Disconnections Administrator youll play a vital part in managing and processing customer service disconnections ensuring mobile cloud and connectivity services are offboarded appropriately and efficiently when a customer is leaving Onecom.
This role demands a keen eye for detail in handling extensive data and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with diverse teams ensuring consistent customer satisfaction.

Previous experience in an administrative role preferably within telecommunications

Key responsibilities:
Process and manage customer disconnection requests accurately and promptly
Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless customer transitions
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of disconnection activities
Respond to customer queries and resolve any issues related to disconnections
Collaborate with billing and sales teams to ensure alignment in customer accounts
Analyse disconnection data to identify trends and suggest improvement areas
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Contribute to the continuous improvement of disconnection processes
