We are seeking an innovative and visionary Chief Information & Technology Officer (CIO) to lead our technology strategy and drive transformative initiatives including the launch and evolution of CAREFORCE24 our custom-built ERP platform. This is your opportunity to shape the future of home care by leveraging cutting-edge technologies like AI predictive analytics and machine learning to enhance client and caregiver outcomes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Own the IT Roadmap: Developed and executed a comprehensive IT roadmap to drive revenue growth optimize costs and achieve key business objectives. Identified and integrated emerging technologies to position CAREFORCE24 as an industry-leading platform and maintain a competitive edge
- AI Strategy Development: Developed and executed a comprehensive AI roadmap to enhance predictive analytics automation and machine learning driving operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Demonstrated expertise in implementing AI-driven strategies tailored to business needs
- Digital Transformation Leadership: Drive scalable and agile digital transformation strategies across CAREFORCE24 and other platforms aligning with business growth and objectives

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- This is a remote position that will require at minimum 1 day each month physically in-office at our El Segundo CA headquarters (or other locations within California)
- Additionally leadership meetings or business reviews may require multiple consecutive travel days to California or throughout the United States depending on business needs.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing AI-driven strategies leveraging predictive analytics and machine learning to deliver impactful business outcomes
- Expertise in leading large-scale digital transformations particularly involving custom-built platforms within Salesforce
- Strong knowledge of emerging technologies and their practical application in enhancing operational performance
- Experience integrating third-party solutions into proprietary platforms for seamless scalability and usability
- Demonstrated success in cultivating a data-driven culture through advanced analytics and business intelligence tools
- Proficiency in managing secure reliable and high-performing technology systems to support organizational goals
