This role leads the enterprise-wide strategy for all customer-facing digital channels across retail business and wealth banking. You will shape the future of Associated Banks digital experience by translating customer insights and market trends into a clear prioritized roadmap. The role offers significant visibility influence and the opportunity to drive innovation at scale.Job Accountabilities
Develop and execute an enterprise digital channel strategy that delivers a connected consistent customer experience across all retail banking segments.
Lead innovation and digital delivery through AB Labs partnering with IT and external technology partners to bring new capabilities to market.
Own the roadmap prioritization and performance of all major customer-facing digital sales and service platforms.
Leverage customer insights market research and competitive benchmarking to continuously improve digital experiences.
Build lead and retain high-performing teams by fostering a culture of development accountability and inclusion.
Partner closely with Marketing IT Finance and business leaders to align digital investments with business outcomes.
Oversee acquisition planning and integration from a digital channel perspective.
Education & Experience
Required
Bachelors degree in Business Finance or equivalent experience
15 years of experience in banking or financial services with progressive leadership responsibility
Extensive experience leading digital technology platforms and large-scale transformation initiatives
Preferred
Advanced degree or executive leadership training
Experience leading innovation labs or agile product-driven organizations
Proven success delivering enterprise digital strategies across multiple lines of business
