SUMMARY:
Acts on administrative decisions and provides confidential secretarial support.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Four years experience in administrative customer service or secretarial roles in a business office.
Experience with software applications tracking systems troubleshooting software support or training.
Knowledge and ability to use word processing database and spreadsheet programs.
Basic math skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent customer service skills with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE
FBI fingerprint background check.
Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles) or proof of MMR immunization
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bilingual - Spanish/English

FTE: 1.0 8 hours per day
Work Calendar: 12 month
Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
