Job Summary

Job Title : Business Analyst (Health & Human Services Child Welfare Oracle Cognos Change Management)

Location: New York NY(Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualifications:

Experience in developing business process definitions business rules and process decompositions including extracting business rules from existing applications and systems.
Proven experience in Change Management including planning and implementing change initiatives and analyzing business processes for efficiency and compliance with New York State and Federal regulations.
Experience working directly with end users in a human services environment providing training and technical assistance in both classroom and on-the-job settings.
Hands-on experience supporting and working within Health and Human Services based systems.
Experience analyzing applications that utilize relational databases (e.g. Oracle) and reporting/analytics tools such as COGNOS.
Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skills in Excel Access and Project for data analysis and manipulation.
Strong experience interpreting and applying State and Federal laws and regulations governing health and human services programs.
