Position Overview We are seeking an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our team at PSPRS. This role will primarily serve as the front desk receptionist providing exceptional customer service to walk-in members and supporting administrative functions within the Member Services Division.
Key Responsibilities - Greet and assist walk-in members addressing basic questions and concerns.
- Log incoming mail and record checks accurately.
- Provide administrative support to other areas within the Member Services Division.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment.
Preferred Qualifications - Certified Notary Public (ideal but not required).
Required Skills & Experience - Minimum 1 year of front desk receptionist experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Additional Requirements - Local candidates only must be available for in-person interviews within one week of posting close date and able to start within two weeks of offer.
- Background check and drug screening required (HireRight process).
- Security clearance required.
- No travel required.
Education - High School Diploma or equivalent.
