Position Overview
We are hiring a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing statutory compliance and payroll reporting for our Pakistan team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Pakistan payroll rules tax structures and HRIS systems with 35 years of hands-on payroll experience.
Key Responsibilities
Execute accurate monthly payroll for all employees.
Process attendance leave overtime benefits deductions and incentives.
Ensure compliance with Pakistan tax laws EOBI social security and labor regulations.
Maintain up-to-date payroll records in HRIS and ensure data accuracy.
Prepare monthly and quarterly payroll reports for HR and Finance teams.
Support internal/external audits with payroll documentation.
Address employee payroll inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
Coordinate salary disbursements and statutory payments with Finance.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in HRM Accounting Finance or Business Administration.
35 years of payroll experience ideally in fintech NBFC telecom or multinational sector.
Strong command of Pakistan payroll laws taxation EOBI & social security processes.
Proficient in Excel and HRIS payroll software.
High attention to detail accuracy and confidentiality.
Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
