We are seeking an energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment for PalmPay Pakistan. The role includes sourcing interviewing coordinating with hiring managers and supporting employer branding. Candidates must have 35 years of recruitment experience in fintech NBFC telecom or tech.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for tech business operations and support roles.
Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn job portals referrals and headhunting.
Conduct screening interviews and shortlist candidates for hiring managers.
Create hiring plans and recruitment timelines with department heads.
Maintain recruitment dashboards trackers and reports.
Support employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns.
Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain HR and recruitment compliance with Pakistan labor laws.
Bachelors degree in HRM Business Administration or related field.
35 years of recruitment experience (fintech / telecom / NBFC preferred).
Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn and job portals.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interview and assessment skills.
