Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of Test Plan and Testing for Project Acute (Time Employee Management & Payroll Optimisation)
- Manage Testing requirements for System Integration Testing (SIT) (SuccessFactors to Downstream Systems)
- Engage with owners of downstream systems on all testing requirements
- Provide an overall testing plan for downstream systems
- Manage the interaction between SuccessFactors testing and downstream testing
- Weekly Project Status reporting
- Ensure all required testing documentation are complete
- Communicate with internal key stakeholders
- Communicate with all relevant 3rd party vendors and System Integrator for project
The Successful Candidate
- Responsible for data migration testing
- Responsible for all data migration for the following phases of the project:
- Playback sessions
- Iterative data load testing
- User Acceptance Testing
- Parallel Payroll Testing
- Dress Rehearsal
- Go Live
- Responsible for the delivery of the following Testing requirements
- System Integration Testing - SuccessFactors
- User Acceptance Testing SuccessFactors
- Regression testing - SuccessFactors
- Parallel Payroll Testing - SuccessFactors
- Dress Rehearsal - SuccessFactors
- Parallel pay delta data for testing of three iterations
- PPRT reconciliation
- Provide progress and impacts to the Test Manager (WP)
- Cutover plan and activities
