We are seeking an experiencedIT Services Managerto lead the delivery of high-quality IT services that meet and exceed business expectations. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence customer satisfaction and continuous improvement across all ITIL processesand IT Operations.

What You Will Do:
- Ensure all core ITIL processes (Incident Problem Change Request and Configuration Management) are executed to a high standard.
- Achieve and report on SLAs and KPIsmaintainingtransparent communication with stakeholders.
- Drive exceptional user experience and high satisfaction scores.
- Identifyand implement service enhancements for efficiency and reliability.
- Manage incidents promptly and conduct root cause analysis formajor issues.
- Build strong relationships with business units vendors and internal teams.
- Ensure servicescomply withpoliciesregulationsand industry standards.
- Deliver services within budget whileoptimizingcosts.
- Lead and develop a high-performing IT services team.
WhatWereLooking For
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in IT Business Administration or related field.
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification (required); Intermediate or Expert level preferred.
- Experience:
- Proven background in IT service management or service delivery.
- Strong understandingof IT Operations.
- Experience with service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow).
- Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and improvement.
