Job Summary
Job Connect is partnering with a leading manufacturer of trade products in Yatala and were looking for motivated Process & Assembly Operators to join their expanding production team.
This is a great opportunity for anyone with basic factory labouring or assembly experience or for those wanting to build a long-term career in manufacturing. All training is provided and these are directly hired positions offering excellent stability.
Whats on offer
- $32.31 per hour regular overtime
- Day shift 6:30am start Monday to Friday (38 hours per week)
- Position directly with the company (not labour hire)
- Ongoing training and development

Your day-to-day duties
- Hands-on assembly of small components at your own workstation
- Using basic hand tools and small presses
- Following simple production processes and maintaining consistent workflow
- Checking your work to ensure accuracy and quality
- Working independently while contributing to a supportive team culture
What were looking for
- A dependable work history (steady tenure of 1 year or more is ideal)
- Experience in assembly general process work factory labouring or similar
- Someone practical reliable and comfortable with hands-on tasks
- Your own transport (public transport in Yatala is limited)
- Full working rights in Australia
