2) How Youll Make an Impact

  • Shipping & Handling

  • Prepare pack and ship aftermarket transformer parts according to company and customer specifications.

  • Verify shipping documentation (packing lists transport outlines) and ensure compliance with Incoterms and export regulations.

  • Coordinate with carriers for domestic and international shipments; manage freight collect or prepaid arrangements.

  • Inventory Management

  • Pull and stage parts for customer orders and internal requests.

  • Stock incoming parts accurately in designated locations.

  • Maintain real-time inventory records in ERP/WMS systems.

  • Goods Receipt & Issuance Inspect incoming goods for damage or discrepancies; document and report issues.

  • Process goods receipt transactions promptly in the system.

  • Issue parts for production or customer orders ensuring proper documentation and traceability.

  • Compliance & Safety Follow all safety protocols for handling heavy transformer components.

  • Ensure adherence to company quality standards and ISO procedures.

  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and quality standards.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

3) Your Background

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or logistics certification preferred.

  • 2 years of experience in shipping receiving or inventory control (preferably in electrical or industrial parts).

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and warehouse management tools.

  • Ability to operate forklifts and lifting equipment safely.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of Incoterms export documentation and freight coordination.

  • Physical ability to handle heavy parts and work in warehouse conditions.

  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
