Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Case Specialist to work hybrid with our client a leader in automotive auction and remarketing services. This is a full-time contract role with the potential to extend based on performance and business needs. As a Tekberry W2 employee you will have access to health benefits including dental and vision.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate the resolution of customer complaints after vehicle sale in accordance with Auction policies and National Auto Auction Association (NAAA) guidelines.
Verify VIN numbers paperwork and all vehicle identification details for accuracy and completeness.
Meet with customers to document and record complaint information clearly and accurately.
Perform departmental data entry including entering arbitration cases into the AS400 system.
Conduct PSI (Post-Sale Inspection) calls and arbitration-related calls with buyers and sellers.
Advise customers on Auction complaint policies and escalate issues to management or Arbitrators as appropriate.
Organize complaints using a numbering system and write detailed summaries so customer service teams and mechanics clearly understand the issues.
Track sale-day staffing needs and support operational coordination.
Coordinate communications across internal teams and external lot personnel.
Investigate issues to determine whether cases qualify for arbitration.
Promote safety by following all safety and health procedures and actively participating in Safety Excellence initiatives.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Work overtime as required to meet business needs.

Must-Have Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to verify documentation and vehicle information accurately.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy; experience using AS400 is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Ability to work a hybrid schedule (onsite Tuesday Thursday in Houston).
Eligible to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in automotive operations arbitration customer service or claims-related roles.
Familiarity with NAAA guidelines and auction complaint processes.
Experience coordinating with mechanics service teams or lot operations.
Prior experience handling customer complaints or dispute resolution.
