Purpose of the Role
BGIS is seeking a detail-oriented Asset and Planned Maintenance Coordinator to provide operational and compliance support for a major government office in Parramatta. Reporting directly to the Portfolio Compliance Manager this client-facing role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage high volumes of data reporting and asset information .
You will work closely with senior executives BGIS colleagues and service providers ensuring asset registers and maintenance schedules are accurate up to date and aligned with contractual and compliance requirements.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional yet friendly environment enjoys working independently and values being part of a supportive close-knit team.
