What Youll Do:

• Lead program governance for Kapitols operating model implementation ensuring alignment with strategic outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Head of Program to drive program-wide initiatives and deliver measurable value.
• Provide hands-on support to define scope and deliver cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Monitor initiative progress providing transparent reporting focused on outcomes not just activity.
• Facilitate prioritisation forums to allocate resources to high-impact initiatives.
• Coach and mentor initiative leads to build change delivery capability across the organisation.

Who You Are:

• Consulting Expertise:Experience as a senior or managing consultant ideally transitioning into an industry role.
• Program Management Skills:Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies.
• Industry Experience:Background in large construction companies or related fields like engineering infrastructure or energy industries.
• Change Delivery Experience:Strong background in delivering business improvement initiatives including customer experience design and process re-engineering.
• Practical Problem-Solver:Focused on outcomes over process with a data-driven mindset.
• Collaborative Leader:Skilled in stakeholder engagement facilitation and influencing across functions.
• Resilient & Adaptable:Thrives in a fast-paced hands-on environment.
