About the team
Join Eachs People & Culture team a collaborative values-driven group dedicated to delivering high-quality P&C services across our organisation. We work together to create a positive impact supporting over 1500 employees and 250 volunteers to deliver health disability housing counselling and mental health services.

Your role your impact
As a People & Culture Business Partner youll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and driving organisational success. Youll partner with leaders and teams to provide strategic P&C advice influence business plans and foster a culture of care inclusion and growth. Your expertise will empower our people to deliver better outcomes for the communities we serve.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a designated portfolio delivering professional business-focused P&C services
  • Build strong relationships through credibility and open communication
  • Partner with management to identify people implications of strategic plans
  • Champion new ways of working and support change initiatives
  • Analyse P&C trends and metrics to develop solutions programs and policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and timely accurate P&C advice
  • Contribute to workforce planning and talent strategies
  • Collaborate with the P&C team to ensure best practice and continuous improvement

  • Proven experience in People & Culture in a partnering or advisory role within large or complex organisations
  • Strong knowledge of employee and industrial relations with the ability to navigate complex issues
  • Excellent negotiation influencing and written communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive solution-focused approach
  • Emotional intelligence resilience and the ability to build trust at all levels
  • Appreciation for the not-for-profit sector and its unique challenges
