Were looking for a Business Development / Key Account Manager to join our team in Western Australia. This role is responsible for driving growth across the territory by securing new pharmacy partners and strengthening existing relationships.
Youll focus on increasing order volume managing key accounts and ensuring partners receive consistent high-quality support.
Key responsibilities include:
Driving Order Volume
- Grow order volume across your territory by developing strong sustainable relationships with pharmacy partners.
- Achieve monthly targets through a mix of new business acquisition and account growth.
- Convert qualified leads into long-term pharmacy partnerships on the Leafio platform.
Account & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned pharmacy partners.
- Build trusted long-term relationships through regular engagement and follow-up.
- Identify and resolve issues quickly to ensure a smooth partner experience.
Strategic Growth & Collaboration
- Partner with marketing to deliver targeted initiatives that support partner growth.
- Support pharmacies through planning insights and performance updates.
- Share market feedback and insights with internal teams to inform strategy.
Expanding Partnerships
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts.
- Source and onboard new pharmacy partners to expand Montus footprint.
- Prepare and deliver clear reporting on account performance opportunities and initiatives.
Qualifications :
- 5 years experience in Key Account Management or Business Development within the liquor beverage or FMCG industries (short sales cycle).
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving commercial outcomes.
- Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills at all levels.
- Experience in market analysis and staying up to date with industry trends.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify growth opportunities and overcome challenges.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent organisational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel regularly (45 days per week).
