Office Manager
Manufacturing company in Apex is looking for an office manager to handle all day to day office operations. Responsibilities include:
- Provide quotes and set up orders for customers
- Understand and maintain required customer schedules
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone and e-mail communications
- Assist the President with various tasks
- Support different departments in the organization as needed
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in an office management or similar role
- Experience in the manufacturing industry strongly preferred
- Ability to work in office
