The supervisor will make decisions on the correctness and completeness of the data submitted and will make follow-up contacts to acquire missing information and/or clarify incorrect data. Non Response Follow-up:Alongside the OEWS team the supervisor will partake in the non-response follow-up process. This process involves contacting allnon-response units assigned to solicit their voluntary assistance in completing the survey. The non-response contact may involve utilizing the telephone fax email or making on-site personal visits. Each team member is required to achieve a response rate deliverable of 75% in units or 65% in employment. Quality Assurance Process:Upon the closing of each OEWS panel a quality assurance process is conducted to uncover possible errors in the reported data. The supervisor will be the primary person conducting survey review for the OEWS unit and will assign corrections as necessary.
