We are seeking a personable empathetic and customer experience-driven Sales Account Concierge to will play a vital role in delivering a positive and supportive experience for individuals and families in our aged care and retirement living communities.

This is a full time 12 month contract based in Bronte and Edgecliff NSW on a hybrid working arrangement.

About The Role:

As a key member of the national Sales Team your focus will be on enhancing the resident experience and driving the uplift of High Everyday Living Fees (HELF) and optional services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary contact for HELF and optional services
  • Promoting and selling HELF and optional services across multiple locations
  • Managing the full sales lifecycle - from initial enquiry and sign-up to opting out of services as resident needs change
  • Building trusted relationships with residents families and internal teams
  • Providing empathetic guidance to individuals and families navigating service options
  • Completing all required documentation and maintaining accurate records across CRM and care management systems

Things that work for us:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to genuinely connect with a diverse group of people
  • A full drivers licence
  • Previous experience in Account Management and customer-centric positions within the Aged Care Health or Community sector
  • Knowledge of Residential Aged Care (RAC) legislation
  • Ability to think creatively and thrive on helping people solve their challenges
  • A Tertiary qualification in business communications marketing or a related field or qualified by relevant experience
  • Understanding of aged care funding models particularly HELF and optional services as well as general age care experience (desirable)
