The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) QLD to join our dynamic results-driven team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about building relationships and driving brand engagement in the finance sector.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing aggregators and brokers understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Raise brand awareness provide education and drive utilisation of Selfcos products.
  • Identify and onboard new brokers manage accreditation and deliver training and support.
  • Build strong rapport and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Assist brokers with deal scenarios and manage a pipeline of business.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to influence and negotiate outcomes.

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience in a BDM or Sales role within Equipment/Asset Finance (preferred) or Commercial/Business Lending.
  • Exceptional communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • A self-directed motivated team player passionate about delivering outstanding experiences for all stakeholders.
