Managing the companys road transport division in Geraldton as Business Unit Manager (Roads) you will optimise operations achieving business growth boost efficiency and deliver exceptional service. As the Business Unit Manager (Roads) you will:

• Shape strategy to streamline logistics and cut costs.
• Lead daily operationsfrom scheduling and dispatch to fleet managementensuring everything runs like clockwork.
• Champion compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Inspire and mentor a high-performing team of supervisors drivers and logistics pros
• Track performance with KPIs and implement smart improvements.
• Build strong partnerships with clients suppliers and regulators.
