As an Asset and Wealth Management Fraud Management Analyst in the Fraud Management team you will play a critical role in safeguarding our clients and the firm from fraud. You will review high-risk money movement transactions collaborate with clients and internal partners and resolve complex inquiries. You will operate with end-to-end focus working effectively with minimal supervision and adapt to evolving business needs. Your attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards will help us mitigate financial exposure and deliver exceptional client service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review transactions submitted on all channels for Asset and Wealth Management clients for fraud concerns
- Collaborate with clients and internal partners to mitigate losses
- Provide guidance for fraud inquiries
- Work with cross-line of business partners to ensure handling aligns with Private Bank expectations
- Identify and escalate new fraud trends
- Proactively identify potential regulatory risks and escalate through proper channels
- Recommend solutions to key stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with internal partners and clients
- Meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work standards
- Handle inbound and outbound client interactions
- Manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously and adapt to direct client communication and support
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
- 3 years of experience in a financial institution performing fraud prevention functions
- Experience with existing and emerging fraud trends in the banking industry
- Demonstrated client management skills with the ability to advise senior and line managers
- Highly analytical with experience in collecting analyzing and synthesizing information using Microsoft standard research utilities at expert proficiency
- Exceptional judgment and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently identify and escalate key issues
- Flexible work style and ability to collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels
- Excellent written and oral executive-level communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Background in financial crimes
- Specific knowledge of core banking systems common banking products applicable laws and regulations as impacted by fraudulent activities
- Bachelors degree or relevant experience
