Davis Behavioral Health is seeking part-time Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Specialist to work on the medical team in its Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) clinic.

The Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Coordinator position will offer the opportunity to provide patient care using TMS for the treatment of depression. We are seeking an individual who will be trained to coordinate this service for DBH clients under the direction of the medical team.
Essential Job Functions
The TMS Specialist will be responsible to perform the following duties.
- Assist provider in determining the motor threshold during brain mapping procedures.
- Administer TMS therapy under physician guidelines following protocols.
- Monitor patient comfort safety and proper device function throughout each session.
- Collect and document all necessary patient consents to treat prior to initiating treatment.
- Track and document each TMS session and the patients clinical progress.
- Other duties and responsibilities and needed and assigned.
In addition to the essential job functions outline above the following responsibilities are assigned to your specific position.
- Keep patients scheduled up to date and reschedule appointments as needed.
- Assist in patient education about TMS procedures and treatment expectations.
- Collaborate with staff to support patient flow and communication.
Classification
This position is classified as part-time non-exempt and the successful candidate will work up to 25 hours per week.
Compensation
The starting wage for this position is $19.00 per hour.
Schedule
The successful candidate will work the following schedule:
- Monday through Friday 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Location
This position will be housed at the DBH Main Street Clinic located at 934 South Main Street Layton Utah 84041.
Qualifications
Education/Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
- Two or more years of related experience in a medical office or clinic is required.
- Formal education/training in a directly related field may be substituted for direct experience.
- Two or more years of related experience in a customer or patient-facing role is required.
- Previous health Care experience is strongly preferred but not required.
Qualifications/Skills/Abilities
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- All employees at DBH must successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check as well as a pre-employment drug screening. Since Davis Behavioral Health works with Federal grants the company and its employees must comply with the Federal drug laws including no use of medical marijuana.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
- A clean driving record is also required to utilize the DBH vehicle fleet.

- Preference may be given for applicants who are fluent in Spanish but this is not a requirement for employment in this opening.
