Role / Title: Executive Claim Coordinator
Reporting To: Territory Manager
Department: Service Claim Inspection

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Claims Coordinator with 12 years of experience in Motor Claims. The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to insurance processes and will be responsible for coordinating surveys managing client interactions and ensuring timely submission of reports.
MAJOR DELIVERABLES:
Liaise with clients and internal ISP teams to schedule and manage motor claim surveys.
Conduct video-based surveys for cases received from clients ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Contact workshops to collect invoices and Repaired Images (Ri photos) of vehicles.
Upload and submit survey and claim reports on client portals (Insurance Companies) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Documentation & Follow-up:
Maintain proper documentation of all claim-related activities and follow up with stakeholders to ensure closure.
Role Specifications
Educational Qualification:Preferred - bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or Diploma; Relevant experience with a graduate degree will also be considered
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in Motor Claims
- Familiarity with insurance processes and client portals
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and video conferencing tools
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Languages: English/Hindi and reginal language
