Synergie is currently seeking Shutdown Labourersto join a leading waste management company based in Matraville NSW.

The Details:

Location: Matraville NSW
Shift: Day Shift 5:30am1:30pm
Pay Rate:$34.75ph (Manufacturing Award Rates)
Start Date: Wednesday 26/11/25
Schedule:1-day shutdown be part of a fast-paced hands-on operation

This shutdown is re-occuring and you will be asked to return to the next shutdowns!

Key Responsibilities:

adhoc warehousing duties
General labouring
Shutdown operations
Cleaning paper production materials filters etc. Using brooms etc.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Reliable
Physically fit and can lift/carry up to 15kg comfortably
2 contactable references
Able to complete inductions online

To Be Successful You Will:

Be physically fit and able to perform demanding tasks
Hold full working rights in Australia
Have access to reliable transport
Have a positive safety-first attitude
Have own PPE
