Infosys is seeking aL2 support Engineer tosupport a managed services engagement focused on enterprise application development and infrastructure this role you will be responsible for driving enhancements and automation of manual workflows contributing to the development and customization of a case management solution built on a low-code platform and supporting incident management activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable reliable solutions across diverse technology stacks. This position also plays a key role in legacy modernization efforts and the integration of emerging digital technologies.

RequiredQualifications:
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Candidate must be located within the commuting distance ofSt Louis MOor be willing to relocate to any of thislocation.

- At least 1yearof experience with Information Technology.
- Hardware infrastructure experience and proven years of experience in Cloud-Based (PCF / AWS)LinuxMainframe
- Experience with Database solutionsPostgresDB2Oracle
- Strong experience in Log Monitoring and Analysis -SplunkDynatraceOn Perm PCFPublic AWS

- Strong reporting and analysis skills are an additional bonus. Having someone cares about the data quality and integrity of the data is critical to ensuring that we have the data points to return to to reflect and improve
- Ability to build a collaborative culture and who can effectively document and look to automate or improve the triage process are preferred.
- The individual who can come in and be curious to figure things out ask questions to learn offer suggestions to improve the process
- Ability to work in teams in a diverse multi-stakeholder environment comprising of Business and Technology teams thrive in a culture that values continuous learning innovation and diversity.
