Job Title- Senior GIS Support Analyst
Project Location Brooklyn NY(Fully onsite)
Duration- 12 months contract
Visa- USC/ GC
Gas/Energy/Electric/Utilities/Oil industry experience is must by the client
Must be flexible from 9 AM up to 9 PM EST and weekend on a rotational base.
Assignment
- Provide development and technical support (1st 2nd or Tier 3 Level) to the Client ArcGIS and ArcFM based Enterprise GIS system and applications.
- Take up development for minor enhancements using Python Angular JS ArcGIS Javascript API (C#).
- Support Client Landbase applications including new development and troubleshooting requests.
- Deploy ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS server sites.
- System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems.
- Publish services and administer user roles and privileges.
- Coordinate with other teams like server support security DBA etc
- Support hours shift: Be flexible from 9 AM up to 9 PM EST and weekend on a rotational base.
Required Skills/Experience
- 5-10 years of experiences of administration support and development ArcGIS applications
- 5-10 years of experiences in administrating and supporting ArcFM applications
- Development and coding experiences using Python Angular JS ArcGIS Javascript (C#).
- Experiences in deploying ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS server sites.
- System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems.
- Publish services and administer user roles and privileges.
- Ability to Coordinate with other teams like server support security DBA etc
- Ability to understand requirements and support team and share best practices/lessons learnt.
- Provide status of the tickets to the client SME.
- Trouble shooting and problem resolution to issues reported by end users of the enterprise applications.
Additional Skills
- Utility Experience: Leverage utility industry experience to enhance GIS solutions and contribute to industry-specific initiatives.
- Windows servers knowledge and experiences
- FME Experience: Work closely with FME Suite for GIS Landbase activities ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
