Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Leadership Development Trainee who is eager to grow into a future leadership role within the organization. This program is designed to provide structured training hands-on experience and exposure to key business functions. You will work closely with senior leaders participate in strategic initiatives and acquire the skills needed to excel in a management position.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing business strategies across various departments
Support supervisors and managers in daily operational tasks
Participate in leadership workshops development sessions and performance reviews
Analyze data prepare reports and contribute to decision-making processes
