Essential Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute a data-driven growth strategy aligned with company objectives.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field required; MBA preferred.

8 years of leadership experience in marketing growth or business development (industrial or manufacturing B2B preferred).

Strong understanding of distributor and direct sales models.
-
Demonstrated success leading teams across multiple growth functions.
-
Proficiency with CRM systems marketing automation tools analytics platforms and digital engagement technologies.

Exceptional leadership strategic thinking and communication skills.
