Job Summary

Role: App Development - Technical Program Manager IV
Location: Hybrid in Philly Onsite 4 days/week with flexibility
Duration: End of 2026 - potential extensions

Overview:

Working on the Velocity Program
- Wireless tech and routers
- Partnered with Verizon and T-Mobile
- Will be working with partners to ensure customers are provisioned correctly with appropriate features.
Team is growing multiple programs going on
- Roughly 4 workstreams and 6 projects simultaneously
Working with partners to ensure customers are provisioned correctly with appropriate features
Team breakdown:
1 VP overseeing 4 Directors and their teams
- Data analytics and reporting
- Testing - out in the field testing Wi-Fi to cellular connections and identifying roadmaps for resolutions.
- Relationships with partners (Verizon and T-Mobile) for capabilities i.e - APIs/specs and working with dev teams
- Op-focused team

Qualifications:

Big program management experience needed
- Will be open to someone who is a very skilled Project Manager that wants to make the transition to Program.
5 years of Program Management Experience
Strong communication skills to be able to speak with execs and other stakeholders
Is a Go-getter wants someone who is motivated to get things done and takes initiative
Has a fundamental understanding of APIs KPIs Dashboards Wireless structures etc. and can be conversational about it.
PMP Cert is preferred but not required; HM not overly concerned with certs.
