- Manage bank vendor and intercompany reconciliations to ensure discrepancies if any are resolved promptly.
- Participate actively in accurate and timely monthly quarterly and annual closings of Kiabi Asia.
- Contribute to the budgeting process and analyse financial variances.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Ensure the companys financial practices comply with accounting standards internal controls and group policies.
- Assist group reporting statutory reporting and tax filings.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure effective application of tools for all accounting operations.
- Mentor and guide junior accountants.
- Coordinate with overseas finance teams for financial reporting.
- Prepare financial analysis and management reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial matters.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties/projects as required such as system implementations and process improvements.
Qualifications :
Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance discipline; HKICPA or equivalent professional qualification
Minimum 6 years relevant work experience; multinational companies with supervisory experience is preferred
Technical knowledge in accounting and financial reporting
Experience in SAP is an advantage
Excellent command of English and Mandarin. French will be an advantage
