We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Leader (Director Grade) to join our busy and expanding Energy & Natural Resources Team who are undertaking a range of Assurance duties on high-profile Projects/Programmes globally. Additionally these roles will provide the opportunity to innovate collaborate and learn from our experienced Performance Analytics capabilities.
You will be working with our major clients and Delivery Partners you will be leading and integrating the delivery of Assurance. You may be part of a wider delivery team or working independently with reach back support to experienced Controls & Performance professionals.
The main purpose of the role is to:
- Leading cross-discipline teams of professionals to deliver effective consistent and value-adding Assurance services to our clients across diverse and complex programmes to support and drive delivery.
- Driving continuous improvement in Assurance processes to create efficiency and increasing benefits to our clients.
- Defining and implementing Assurance approaches across the project programme and portfolio levels allowing effective decision making at all levels.
- Defining and implementing effective governance processes around Assurance products.
- Assuring the quality accuracy and integrity of the Assurance Teams output.
- Defining scaled tailored and integrated approaches for Assurance and documenting these
- Working with Project and Commercial Management to establish the Assurance contract requirements and then collaborating with suppliers to integrate and analyse their performance data.
- Assuring scope cost risk and schedule integration and alignment and analyse performance data to provide delivery insight and facilitate delivery decisions.
- Training and coaching clients and less experienced team members on Assurance processes and practices.
- Undertaking line management activities including career development and performance management.
Qualifications :
- Ability to work with Senior Management / Leadership members guiding mentoring and driving Performance Management and action within a complex project/programme environment.
- Ability to lead a team responsible for defining an integrated Assurance service on complex projects/programmes along with all associated processes & reports.
- Guide the delivery team on appropriate use of systems and tools (such as Power Bi and Excel) in relation to Integrated Project
- Excellent communicator (both written and verbal) to liaise with the client contractors and designers.
- Works to make positive change happen by embracing challenges and opportunities for our clients.
- Effectively connects and communicates with people to collaborate to deliver our best work.
- Brings out the best in everyone by helping each other making the most of their potential through proactive collaboration and effective teamworking.
- Takes responsibility for the development of personal performance and core skill set.
- Works with empathy and treats everyone with care and respect to continue to make T&T a great place to work.
