We are looking for a knowledgeable customer-focused Parts Advisor to join Kocourek Subaru Parts Department. This position plays a key role in supporting customers technicians and the overall service workflow by ensuring the right parts are available at the right time.
Assist customers and technicians in identifying and selecting required parts and accessories
Look up and order parts using OEM catalogs and dealership systems
Prepare and maintain accurate invoices quotes and parts records
Maintain inventory accuracy including receiving stocking and organizing parts
Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure timely repair order completion
Provide excellent customer service at the parts counter and over the phone
Support parts team with daily tasks and special projects as needed
Previous automotive parts or service experience preferred
Strong understanding of automotive systems and terminology
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Ability to troubleshoot multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using computer-based parts catalog systems
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
