Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced dependable and customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our team atJones Family Of Dealershipsin Lancaster Pennsylvania. This Full-Time role supports both retail and wholesale parts operations with additional responsibilities in shipping receiving and assisting our body shop with parts coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers technicians and wholesale accounts at the parts counter
- Accurately identify quote and sell automotive parts and accessories
- Process special orders and ensure timely delivery
- Support the body shop by delivering and tracking parts for repairs
- Receive inspect and stock incoming parts shipments
- Prepare and ship outgoing parts orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
- Keep the parts department clean organized and compliant with dealership standards
- Collaborate with service sales and body shop teams
Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license is required.
- Previous automotive parts experience preferred (dealership experience a plus).
- Knowledge of automotive parts catalogs and inventory systems a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
