Position Summary

The Training Executive supports the Learning & Development function by coordinating delivering and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills service standards and overall hotel performance. This role ensures all colleagues receive the necessary development to uphold the brands quality and guest service expectations.

Key Responsibilities 1. Training Coordination & Administration

Assist in creating the hotels annual training calendar.

Schedule and coordinate internal and external training sessions.

Maintain updated training records attendance logs and personnel development files.

Prepare training materials venues equipment and logistics.

2. Training Delivery

Conduct orientation programs for new employees (induction brand training service culture training).

Facilitate soft-skills and operational training as assigned (grooming communication guest service complaint handling etc.).

Support department heads in delivering on-the-job training.

3. Performance & Development Support

Participate in identifying training needs through surveys performance reviews audits and guest feedback.

Assist in implementing cross-training upskilling and succession-planning initiatives.

Coordinate with department trainers and ensure training standards are met.

4. Quality & Compliance

Ensure training programs comply with brand local labor and safety guidelines.

Support initiatives related to service quality mystery audits and brand standards.

Track training effectiveness through feedback assessments and KPI reports.

5. Employee Engagement

Support employee activities such as recognition programs staff events and talent development initiatives.

Promote a positive learning culture within the hotel.

Qualifications & Skills Education

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Experience

13 years of experience in hospitality training HR or operations.

Experience in a hotel environment is strongly preferred.

Skills

Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint Excel Word).

Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple training programs.

Creative organized and detail-oriented.
