- Experience: 11 years
- Strong experience as a Technical Program Manager/Senior TPM in high-scale engineering organizations with deep technical complexity.
- Proven experience in AI/ML program management platform engineering or large-scale technology programs.
- Strong understanding of AI product lifecycles including RAG LLM applications and pipeline workflows.
- Excellent communication and cross-organizational influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle complex dependencies.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies sprint planning and execution.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to influence without authority.
- Experience working with cloud platforms DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Own AI program planning across ML full-stack infrastructure and product teams.
- Define quarterly roadmaps milestones dependencies and risk mitigation plans.
- Drive execution rhythm: standups reviews OKRs delivery tracking and scrum of scrums.
- Partner with engineering leads to unblock and accelerate execution.
- Communicate status and risks to senior leadership; present and execute de-risking strategies.
- Ensure alignment across multiple business units and manage cross-functional dependencies.
- Influence without authority and foster collaboration across diverse teams.
- Impact millions of customers by delivering AI-driven solutions at scale.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for program success and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Mentor junior program managers and contribute to building a strong program management culture.
- Work closely with product owners and architects to ensure technical feasibility and business alignment.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in program execution processes.
