Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking clients. This is a fully remote position but the candidate must already be a resident of Bulgaria.

About the Role

As a Spanish-Speaking Healthcare Support Specialist you will be the first point of contact for our customers handling inquiries providing information and resolving issues related to healthcare services. Your primary goal is to ensure a supportive professional and efficient customer experience through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multichannel Support: Deliver high-quality support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone email and chat.
  • Issue Resolution: Promptly and accurately address customer inquiries troubleshoot issues and provide clear solutions.
  • Information Provision: Offer detailed and accurate information regarding healthcare products services policies and processes.
  • Documentation: Maintain precise detailed and organized records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Quality & Compliance: Adhere to company procedures quality standards and healthcare guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the remote team and share insights to drive continuous improvement in support processes and customer satisfaction.

Essential Requirements (Must-Haves)

  • Location: Must currently be based in Bulgaria (Sofia-based is preferred but fully remote within Bulgaria is accepted).
  • Language Fluency:

    • Spanish: Fluent (C1/C2 level) in both written and spoken Spanish.
    • English: Proficient (minimum B2 level) in both written and spoken English for training and internal communication.
  • Work Eligibility: Valid documentation for employment in Bulgaria:

    • Valid Bulgarian Residency Card (must be valid for more than one year).
    • EU Citizenship.
    • Valid Refugee Card.
  • Technical Readiness: Ability to maintain a stable high-speed internet connection in a quiet working environment. All necessary computer and communication equipment will be provided by the company.

Desirable Qualifications (Good to Have)

  • Prior experience in a customer service contact center or BPO environment is a distinct advantage but not a mandatory requirement. Comprehensive paid training will be provided.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and general IT literacy (MS Office digital tools).
  • Experience or strong interest in the healthcare or medical industry.

Working Schedule

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday with rotational shifts. Candidates must be available to cover all shifts:

  • Shift 1: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM (11:00h - 20:00h)
  • Shift 2: 1:00 PM 10:00 PM (13:00h - 22:00h)
  • Shift 3: 4:00 PM 1:00 AM (16:00h - 01:00h)
