Job Summary
- Sales order & Claims creation
- Process and create sales orders and claims in compliance with company policies
- Handle amendments to orders as per customer requestsAssist in managing customer claims and returns ensuring quick resolution
- Maintenance of customer portal
- Customer query handling related to TAT or amendments to orders
- Disputes / Issue resolution and RCA
- MIS reporting as needed
- Responsible for & Understands Order Management and Booking Proceses
Qualifications :
Our most successful candidates will have:
- Proficiency in English language
- Bachelors degree
- Mandatory experience in order management and order booking in Oracle
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to manage queries efficiently
- 2 years of experience with additional responsibilities in issue resolution and data management
- High agility accuracy and attention to detail in managing orders and claims
