Job Summary

  • Sales order & Claims creation 
  • Process and create sales orders and claims in compliance with company policies
  • Handle amendments to orders as per customer requestsAssist in managing customer claims and returns ensuring quick resolution
  • Maintenance of customer portal 
  • Customer query handling related to TAT or amendments to orders 
  • Disputes / Issue resolution and RCA 
  • MIS reporting as needed 
  • Responsible for & Understands Order Management and Booking Proceses

Qualifications :

Our most successful candidates will have:

  • Proficiency in English language 
  • Bachelors degree 
  • Mandatory experience in order management and order booking in Oracle 
  • Strong customer orientation with the ability to manage queries efficiently
  • 2 years of experience with additional responsibilities in issue resolution and data management
  • High agility accuracy and attention to detail in managing orders and claims
