Role Overview
The Sales Manager will drive area-wise sales growth manage customer accounts coordinate with internal teams and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets. The role involves customer visits proposal preparation after-sales support and timely reporting.
Scope of the Job

Acquire new customers and meet assigned sales targets.

Plan customer visits gather market data cold call and send proposals.

Coordinate with internal departments for demos sampling dispatch and logistics.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships and leverage referrals.

Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues proactively.

Ensure timely payment follow-ups with customers.

Prepare quotations contracts letters and related sales communications.
-
Maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales reports & MIS.
-
Lead and monitor the performance of the sales team; conduct periodic reviews.
Qualifications

Minimum graduate degree.
-
5 years of experience in Sales preferably in industrial sectors.

Strong communication and management skills.

Experience in team handling.
