As a Contact Center Representative you will operate in a manageable call volume lower stress work environment and use phone email and written communication to help our customers resolve their questions about our products and programs. Schedule: Monday-Friday: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM EST
Location: In-office Bristol PA

Responsibilities:
- The Contact Center Representative resolves customer concerns questions and requests efficiently using their knowledge and understanding of the product or program.
- Provides customer with product and service information via phone email and or letter.
- Identifies researches and resolves customer issues using computer systems.
- Maintains current understanding of expectations through training.
- Partners with the customer service team to meet goals and exceed expectations.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age at least high school level education.
- Bilingual: Fluent in BOTH Spanish and English.
- 6 months of customer service representative or contact center experience preferred.
- Ability to type 35 words per minute.
- General knowledge on how to use Microsoft office products.
